Went in for a haircut checked in online and never got served the workers there skipped over my name and went to another person wouldn’t be so bad but it’s the second time it’s happened. I would give 0 stars but won’t let me. Wont be coming back again

I visited this location today as I'm looking for a new place to go since the lady I was seeing for the past 5years has retired and moved. I tried supercuts, but the lady there didn't do what I asked and I had to go back in to get it fixed, so I decided to try sportsclups. Overall I was happy with the experience. Since it was my first time there they gave me the mvp for the same price as a regular haircut. $23 is a little on the high side of what I like to spend on my haircut as I get it cut every two weeks, plus you add in the tip now I'm looking at almost $30, but I guess I can skip a couple morning espresso or one of my weekly massages, but at least they give you a shampoo with that price, because at super cuts they charge the same just for the cut and that's it. Anyways Leah cut my hair she followed my requests all except my side burns she cut those a little higher than I Iike, but I never said anything and she never asked so I don't blame her entirely, but that is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5. The shampoo hot towel, and scalp massage were very relaxing and a nice compliment to the experience. Don't know what the regular price is for that service but I'll probably just stick with the cut and shampoo, but am happy Leah kept advising it since it was no added cost being my first visit. I will likely return. Leah was very pleasant and personable and she cut my hair the way I like, all except the side burns, but again that was not entirely all her fault. If your going to pay $23-$30 anyway for a haircut i would recommend sportclips over super cuts any day.

Terrible experience. I checked in online. When I got there it didn't work. That's fine. Then I signed in on the tablet. It said I had a 34 min wait. Ok. Nobody ever acknowledged me but I can live with that. Then nobod came in and while I was sitting there it went to an hour and 4 minutes. I asked if that was accurate and the gal said yeah probably someone had to go to lunch. Pretty terrible customer service. Been taking my son there for a while and even had my hair cut several times at other sport clips. Well that probably won't happen again. I just thought someone should know. Seems like teaching a little customer service could go a long way.
